father would want them to have and taking this issue to court adds insult to injury. williams left his children a home in napa and the items inside and the actor died in august and the coroner rules the death a suicide. the hearing is scheduled today in san francisco at 9:00 a.m. developing news, family and friends are desperately sending for a missing uc berkeley soccer player who grew up in novato. 19-year-old eloi vasquez was last seen leaving a frat party at usc at 1:30 on saturday morning. he went to the party at the fraternity with cal teammates while on spring break. a friend was the last known person to speak with eloi vasquez. he called the woman twice around 2:00 a.m. telling her he was lost in los angeles and needed help. eloi vasquez told her he left his friends because he wanted to

bombing dzhakhar tsarnaev and have described tsarnaev as a cold flooded killer who deserves to be put to death. his attorneys concede he placed a pressure cooker bomb near the marathon finish line in april of 2013 but the lawyers say three was manipulated into the plot by his older brother who died in the shoot out with police. the case is expected to go to the jury later this week. three people were killed and more than 250 were injured. >> canada's transportation safety board is investigating the hard abrupt landing of an air canada jet at halifax international airport yesterday morning. the airbus with 133 passengers and five crew from toronto circled the aircraft several times in snow before slamming on to the runway. the plane knocked out look terrorist and forced evacuated passengers to huddle in blankets. crews took 25 to the hospital for minor injuries and the

>> eight people are dead and ten injured after a van crashed into a florida canal. the florida highway patrol said the passenger van ran through a stop signed crossed all lines of the highway and went into a deep canal. it was 60 miles east of ft. myers. there were 18 people in the van and the drive and seven passengers were killed. ten other passengers including a four year old were taken to area hospitals. >> a firefighter is in critical condition after falling through the roof of a burning garage. the 25-year veteran firefighter was vent lating the roof fell into the flames. a nurse caught the frightening scene on the video and in americans fellow firefighters pulled him out of the garage and he suffered burns up to 70 percent of his body and the video has gone viral on social media with hundreds of thousands of people offering up hope and prayers. >> a man is recovering this

yesterday afternoon. neighbors say it started when the man thought his wife was hiding in one of their two cars and they say he used a machete to smash the witnesses of two cared parked in the drive and neighbors say the man started burning his wife's items in the garage and police arrived on the scene. officers pulled him out and arrested him while firefighters quickly knocked down the flames. >> new details on the germanwings plane crash in the french alps. a number is publishing what they say is a she of the cockpit recognize voice recorder showing the copilot andreas lubitz encouraging the pilot to use the restroom and the pilot screaming "open the door," after he was locked out of the cockpit. it is believed that lubitz put the plane into a dive killing all 150 people on board. the lead investigator confirmed lubitz was treated for vision issues and takingant psychotic medication. >> a new poll paints a picture
